How much money do I get for each of my 3D models sold?
You get a 60 to 70 percent royalty for each item sold.
How does it work?
How often do I get payments?
We pay our sellers once a month, between the 10th and the 15th day of the month, for the sales made in the previous month. For example, you may be paid on April 15th for all the sales you generated in March. Your money will be sent to you via the payment system you have specified in your Profile. Please note that no money is sent until the total sum of royalties due to the seller amounts to at least $100.
How can I send my PayPal or banking details to you?
You can find everything you need to do that in your Profile. You can enter your PayPal and/or banking details, or you can choose some other payment system, such as Western Union, WebMoney, etc. Please note that we cannot send you the money for your items sold unless you specify some payment method.
Can I start selling my 3D models if I do not have a Paypal account and cannot use Western Union, WebMoney, etc., either?
Yes, you can. In this case, you should select the following payment method: Money on Hold. However, please note that we cannot send you the money until we receive your Paypal, WebMoney or other payment account details.
Why was my model deleted?
We strive to have only the best quality 3D models on offer, so we reserve the right to remove any items we deem inappropriate for our catalog.

- Your 3D model components cannot include any photos or textures created by someone else.
- You cannot upload any 3D models that you do not own or do not have resell rights for.
- You cannot buy or obtain in other ways 3D content from other 3D content stores and re-upload it to 3DExport for resale. Please note that if we find out that you violated this rule, your account will be banned immediately.
- Neither your model nor its components can contain any advertisement; copyrighted graphics, images, artwork; or pornographic content.
We check the quality of each 3D model added to our catalog. While we reserve the right to set our own quality standards, here are some common reasons for deleting items from our catalog:
- Low modeling quality
- Low rendering quality
- Low texturing quality
- Very dark renders
- Very small renders
- Very simple model
- Model stolen or not legally belonging to the seller
- Item removed at the author's request
- Model created using Poser
- Incorrect submission
- Incomplete model
- Duplicate submission
- Incorrect preview
- Model created using some model-generating software.
What types of 3D models can I sell via 3DExport?
You can sell any high quality 3D models and textures. For more information, please see the Submit page.
How do I track my sales?
You can check your sales on My Sales Statistics page.
Can I remove/edit my 3D models?
Yes, you can do it any time you want. Click [edit]
to edit you model; click [delete], to remove it. You can do that on the model page.
Can I change my nickname?
Yes, you can. Please send your request via the Support page.
What should I do to start selling my 3D models?
Just register at 3DExport and start uploading your 3D models for sale. That's all!
I need FTP access to upload my models/textures пїЅ what should I do?
If you have a lot of 3D models and would like to upload them to 3DExport, please send an e-mail, with a couple of images attached for our review, to sales@3dexport.com
How soon can my 3D model appear in the catalogue?
Immediately, i.e. right after you submitted it to our store. However, please note that we review all submissions to ensure high quality.
How can I increase the sales of my 3D models?
- Provide your models in more than one file format. The point is that many of our customers are using Cinema4D, Maya, 3D Studio Max, Lightwave, Swift3D, etc. Using such common formats as 3DS and OBJ can dramatically increase the sales of your 3D models.
- Include detailed descriptions.
- Include meta keywords and descriptions when submitting your models.
- Generate great previews, include more than one render, and make sure to include a screenshot of the wireframe.
- You can also add a link to your model animation.

Yes, you do. Registration is FREE and lets you buy 3D models and other stuff quickly and easily.
How can I pay for an item?
You can pay for a model via Paypal or with a credit card. Please use a shopping cart for purchases.
What payment systems do you support?
We use the 2checkout.com system. We accept payments via VISA, MasterCard, Paypal, etc.
How soon can I receive the model I've bought?
To avoid fraud, we verify each order manually, which usually takes 1 to 3 hours. As soon as your order is cleared by our Anti-Fraud Dept., you can download the item in your Orders section. Please download all files you bought immediately upon purchase. However, should an item you have purchased be removed from the store, it will no longer be available for download.
I purchased a 3D model, but it doesn't appear in My Orders. What should I do?
Please open a new support ticket and enter the order number, the model name, and the link to the model.
How soon can your Support Dept. respond to my ticket?
Our Support Dept. works 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Support tickets are generally responded to within 7 hours; however, it may take more time to process tickets in complicated cases.
I need the model in a different format, what should I do?
Just open new ticket and make a request for the format you need, and we will try to convert the model for you.
